Program terms
  • Your friend must be new to hālo+ (no previous sessions, membership or first-visit discount) and book with your link or code.
  • Rewards are issued after your friend completes their first paid massage. Cancellations and no-shows don't count. Gift recipients don't count as new referrals.
  • If your friend joins a membership instead, they get $50 off their first membership payment, and you earn a complimentary 60-minute massage once that payment has been in place for 14 days.
  • Rewards expire 90 days after they're issued. A reward used on a booking made before it expires stays with that appointment. Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
  • Massage services only. Rewards and the $50 can't be used for Reiki, PT, dry needling or Recovery Gatherings.
  • The $50 replaces the 10% welcome offer and doesn't combine with promo codes, packages, gift cards or founding member pricing. One offer per visit.
  • Cancellations follow our usual policy: cancel at least 24 hours ahead and any reward you used goes back to your account.
  • No cash value and not transferable. Rewards you've earned are honored even if the program changes.
  • Once someone you referred has booked, you can't later be counted as someone else's referral.
